Scopely is hiring for the role of Automation Engineer (QA)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and implement automation frameworks for mobile, web, and game platforms
• Automate gameplay features, event-driven flows, and user engagement mechanisms
• Systematically convert manual test cases into scalable automated tests
• Collaborate with developers and QA to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Debug automation failures, analyze test results, and maintain test reliability
• Drive continuous improvement in coverage, efficiency, and QA best practices

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in test automation
• Strong Python skills, especially for async operations and unit testing
• Proficiency with Appium or equivalent mobile UI automation tools
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and test integration practices
• Basic understanding of Unity or similar game engines (great to have)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• A self-starter mindset with a keen eye for quality and efficiency
