Pearson is hiring for the role of Automation Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
- Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
