Automation Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Ericsson

Ericsson is hiring for the role of Automation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Collaborate with businesses and vendors to comprehend functional requirements, including fields, mapping logic, calculations, and employee eligibility.
• Understand technical requirements and constraints from vendors, ensuring adherence to Ericsson's security standards (SFTP transfers with PGP encryption).
• Document detailed business and technical requirements in a functional specification.
• Initiate project assessment with payroll vendor and review requirements to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Validate work instructions with process authorities and investigate interface modifications if needed.
• Confirm IT security assessment and data privacy controls with local IT; vendors must pass IT security assessment.
• Review completed Software Requirements Specification (SRS) from payroll vendor and estimate project costs for approval.
• Coordinate project timeline alignment with business, receiving vendor, and payroll development for development, test, and launch phases.
• Coordinate test files with receiving vendor and payroll.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Proficiency in EDI transmission protocols, PGP encryption, and SFTP setup using tools like WinSCP
• Knowledge of VBA and SQL
• Ability to work closely with payroll developers to address technical issues or limitations
• Experience in building test scripts for complex interfaces to validate eligibility requirements, field mappings, calculations, and file structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with HRMS and SuccessFactors
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Service-minded, collaborative, and a team player
• Experience in driving end-to-end automation projects
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, performance-oriented, and dynamic environment
• Organized and structured work approach
• Proficient in English, both written and oral communication
• Ability to build Knowledgebase Solutions using any Knowledgebase platform
• Experience in handling queries through different communication channels
• Openness to work in rotational/night shifts 24*7
