RSM US LLP is hiring for the role of Audit Innovation Senior Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with the Audit Innovation team and auditors to define the business requirements of use cases.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements for application development.
- Identify the relevant leading-edge technologies for use case development.
- Lead the development and testing of audit solutions.
- Assist in preparing the documentation required for developed solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Audit Innovation team and audit practice using your background and knowledge in advanced data analytics, automation, and other technologies.
- Deploy technology solutions and guide users through successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Strong development skills with Alteryx Designer, PowerBI, Automation Anywhere, and/or Power Automate
- Outstanding academic background
- Ability to work North American business hours.
- Development experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Automation Anywhere, and/or Power Automate
- Resourceful with the ability to solve complex development challenges.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines across projects, reporting to different stakeholders in a matrix structure.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
