Deloitte is hiring for the position of Audit & Assurance - Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• As an Associate Analyst, you will support the audit team by performing a range of administrative tasks within the ESC group.
• Your responsibilities will include drafting engagement letters, monitoring audit client compliance with SEC independence rules and Deloitte policies and managing client acceptance and continuation processes.
• Additionally, you will coordinate group audits and provide support for various audit tools, such as audit.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, with the ability to understand implications of findings, next steps, and project deadlines
• Follow the agreed process in the development of deliverables and adopt a structured approach.
• Provide regular updates to team lead about the progress of assigned tasks.
• Ensure the executed work meets the Firm's quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (Only B.Com), with 0-1 years of experience.
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Should be self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills. Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. High attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines are required.
• Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
• Should possess good interpretation skills to read, understand and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
