Genpact is hiring for the role of Audit Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Play a key role in understanding project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting.
• Contribute to service delivery, team handling, and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Supervise team members and ensure smooth workflow.
• Work with T&E tools such as Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc., to manage expenses and travel processes.
• Handle exceptions and identify non-compliance issues in T&E processes.
• Support the transition of new accounts and adapt to changing project needs.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives, manage deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Good interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.
• Hands-on experience with T&E tools like Concur, Workday, and AppZen.
• Familiarity with basic processes and policies related to T&E.
• Ability to identify exceptions and non-compliance in T&E procedures.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to drive several initiatives concurrently.
• Experience working in international client-facing roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility and integrity.
• Experience with account transition and handling multiple stakeholders is a plus.
