ATSM Site Operations Manager Job in Ahemdabad at Micron

Micron is hiring for the role of ATSM Site Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the single owner for site inventory management, perform DIO optimization through Excess and obsolescence, Reserve, and Scrap disposition with the Inventory Team, Material/Site Planners, Warehouse, and finance.
• Be the point of contact for site-specific initiatives, projects, and customer concerns point of contact.
• Be the site audit SPS (Quality audit, customer audit, and compliance audit). Process owner for “Manage Materials”.
• Drive Warehouse Capacity readiness to support production ramp through collaboration with the Warehouse team and Materials Planning and Manufacturing.
• Lead “Manage Source to Pay” metrics performance and status updates in site staff meetings.
• Lead the Incoming Quality issue resolution, GR, Invoice, and pricing discrepancy reconciliation.
• Proliferate BKM and drive improvement
• Be the SME for procurement systems tools and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in: 
  • Engineering 
  • Supply Chain Management 
  • Related field of study
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Innovative and collaboration-focused
• Able to work independently as well as with a cross-functional team
