Texas Instruments is hiring for the role of AT Software Solutions Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive software development for ATE systems at Assembly & Test factories to ensure large-volume product quality delivery at the highest quality standards.
• Work with a team of software specialists to define and operationalize forward-looking software solutions for test, bump, and probe manufacturing systems.
• Lead the development, and implementation of cost-effective methods of semiconductor testing tools across TI test sites to have a large volume impact.
• Embrace Robotics, data science & AI-driven software technologies to transform current flows and manufacturing procedures.
• Develop/maintain analytics tools using Spotfire, DataPower, or equivalent tools based on STDF which work with AT machinery.
• Understand and deploy standard practices and procedures to IT solutions for test infrastructure and driving improvement to existing methods.
• Develop prototypes of advanced systems catering to sites' need for automated testing of volumes of IC devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ ECE with solid knowledge of Computer science concepts
• ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software knowledge – preferred
• Good understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production
• Ability to ramp up quickly on new systems and processes
• Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Python, Java
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people across geographical areas in the world
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
