PWC is hiring for the role of Assurance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications
• Ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics (e.g., B.Com, B.A. in Economics, B.Sc. with Honors in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics), with a focus on actuarial methods and principles
• Actively pursuing Membership or Associateship of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Institute of Actuaries of India, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 actuarial exams completed
• 0 to 1 year of work experience for the Associate level, applicable to members or associates of recognized actuarial institutions
• 1 to 2 years of work experience for the Associate 2 level, applicable to members or associates of recognized actuarial institutions
• Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
• Commitment to continuous training and proactively learning new processes
• Team player, committed to providing high quality and maintaining timeliness
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
