About this Job

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors for civil and electrical materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare and float enquiries, evaluate quotations, and perform techno-commercial comparisons.
  • Negotiate price, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve cost optimization.
  • Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders (POs) as per project timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate with project, planning, and site teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Maintain procurement records, documentation, and data in ERP systems.
  • Liaise with Finance and Stores teams for payment processing, material reconciliation, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, and safety standards in all procurement activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, focusing on transparency, efficiency, and cost savings.
