Tata Steel is hiring for the role of Asst. Manager Intelligence!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing necessary support to the senior management team in areas like external stakeholder management, industrial relations, safety & security, TCOC, etc. for taking proactive or any appropriate steps as per requirement.
• Driving the Intelligence team.
• Synergy with external agencies.
• Develop necessary networking in areas of interest.

Requirements:

• Full-time graduate in any discipline
• To capture and analyze noises in the overall ecosystem for generating actionable intelligence inputs as per ABP and identified KPIs
• To track different socio-political, industrial relations, safety & security, business competition, external stakeholders related issues and do necessary deep dive as 
  per requirement
• To carry out secret and discreet enquiries on different assignments as and when it comes
• To maintain necessary relationships with Govt and other related agencies to derive the desired synergy at the state and district level
