About this Job
Concentrix is hiring for the role of Associate, WFM Dialer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be responsible for end-to-end dialer and campaign management
- Solve dialer related issues
- Manage real-time requests as per requirements related to the dialer
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS as required
- Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports
- Manage real-time breaks
- Suggest ideas to improve the dialing strategy
- Liaise between the Centralized and Site WFM teams
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access & MS Powerpoint
- Knowledge of dialer
- Proficiency with computers
- Willing to work in a 24*7 environment
- Candidates with Dialer Strategy & Management skills will be preferred
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement
