Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Welcome and engage customers warmly to understand their needs and preferences.
• Showcase products effectively to influence customers' purchasing decisions based on their requirements.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of sales procedures and product details.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain punctuality while learning about personnel responsibilities.
• Observe and learn from experienced sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Actively support Sales executives and managers in achieving continuous improvement.
• Assist customers with returns or repairs as needed.
• Calculate and prepare estimates for selected products during the sales process.
• Meet category-specific sales targets and propose strategies to enhance store profitability.
• Familiarize oneself with billing procedures and comply with business policies of Malabar Gold and Diamonds.
• Take initiative to research competitors, stay updated on market trends, and continually expand product knowledge.
