Hitachi is hiring for the role of Associate Territory Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Ensure implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory assigned.
  • Ensures coverage as per the defined Beat Plan and calls as per the defined Sales Call Process and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives in consensus with the manager
  • Manage Alcon’s relationship with assigned customers end to end to meet Monthly Sales Targets & Business Plan Agreement Targets and take appropriate action to drive consistent growth
  • Manage & deploy all Sales Inputs (Trials, Collaterals, POSM, etc.) as per instructions
  • Propose and work with relevant stakeholders (Manager, Professional Affairs, Marketing, etc.) for promotional programs
  • Efficient execution of Sales & Marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
  • Gather competitor’s info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc).
  • Coordinate with RDS/supply network for smooth functioning on timely supply/exchange/return requirements and report on any deviations from agreed norms.
  • Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged product returns, etc. in liaison with the manager
  • Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame
  • Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake, and forwarding of the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
  • Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs  by self and team

Requirements:

  • Education:- Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  • English (Essential), Hindi, Local Language (Punjabi)
  • For Optometry Graduates – Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience, compulsorily in Field Sales / Retail Sales
