ClearTax is hiring for the role of Associate Technical Program Manager (Integrations)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and manage multiple integration projects across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with System Integrators (SI) and Solution Architects to develop and communicate detailed project plans to customers.
• Facilitate Integration Kick-Off meetings to align stakeholders on key project objectives.
• Customize project Kick-Off decks for each customer, ensuring communication is tailored to their needs.
• Track project progress and share regular status updates with all stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly Project Team meetings for effective collaboration and coordination.
• Engage with customers in Governance meetings to maintain transparent communication.
• Work closely with customers during implementation, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Document critical project learnings and ensure stakeholders have access to them.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Maintain an up-to-date Issue Tracker and delivery documentation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Sales teams to resolve pending customer activities.
• Ensure that Salesforce records are kept current with relevant events and status changes.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery for successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects with successful delivery outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with technical architectures and solution design.
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
