Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Associate - Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop comprehensive strategies for university hiring and early career programs.
  • University Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with colleges and universities to secure dream slots and prime recruitment opportunities for the organization.
  • Program Management: Oversee the design and execution of early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events, workshops, leadership talks, and pre-placement talks to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to university hiring and early career programs to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to align recruitment goals and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1- 4 years of experience in university recruitment, and early careers management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • A deep passion for engaging with and developing early career talent.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive and inclusive approach.
