Z1 Tech is hiring for the role of Associate- Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and offer generation to smooth onboarding of the best talent for the organization within set timelines
• Screening and sourcing of the candidates through job portals
• Creating and providing recruitment reports/dashboards to team managers and leaders
• Providing an offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidates
• Maintaining good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting the process
• Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:

• 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate at various levels in the organization with strong stakeholder management
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
