Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding business objectives and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop talent attraction and acquisition strategies to meet the needs of assigned function(s)
• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate business planning, capacity requirements, and creating efficient sourcing and hiring strategies
• Leveraging HR analytics to gather insights from talent data to improve critical talent and business outcomes Creating a data-driven go-to strategy for hiring across premier institutes
• Collaborating with businesses to deploy strategic branding and marketing initiatives across top B-Schools across India
• Tracking budget spends for campus hiring and recruitment activities and deploying HR analytics to generate insights for making informed decisions
• Maintaining and updating recruitment data on the ATS portal, including implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, creating, and maintaining reports
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data tracking and reporting for various recruitment activities

Requirements:

• PGDM or MBA Equivalent
• MBA with 2+ years of prior work experience
• Graduate with 3+ years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Passion for continuously learning and growing
• Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
• Willingness to exceed expectations
