Associate Support Consultant Job at Veradigm

Veradigm is hiring for the role of Associate Support Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems or issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system configurations and setup, product functionality, and bugs and enhancements
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
• Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems.
• Communicate with product management department to improve the current design or to identify possible problems with design.
• Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.
• Provide day-to-day support via internal support ticket system tool. candidate will be responsible for understating and fulfilling requirement based on SLA and priority of tickets.
• Open to working 24x7 rotational shifts.

Requirements:

• Around 18+ months of customer service and support experience.
• Is open to and would have worked night shifts with non-Saturday/Sunday week offs.
• Able to work in a hybrid work setting.
• Healthcare knowledge and experience
• International Helpdesk or Call center experience.
