Ather Energy is hiring for the role of Associate Supplier Manager - CI!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise the activities such as PCBA SMT, Wave Soldering, Dip Soldering, Gluing, Conformal Coating, Potting Processes, Fabrication, etc. at vendors' place and report it back to relevant stakeholders at Ather.
• Supervise and collaborate for PCBA Testing – Cold test, ICT, FCT, Burnin test, etc., & Box Build Fictional testing.
• Assist with NPI project execution (prototype), Supplier Resource Planning (3M’s), and forecasting to achieve the targets
• Analyze and negotiate NREs (exp. Stencils, Assembly Jigs, and fixtures, Wave pallets) required for builds.
• Work on SPC tools, CTQ’s identifications, Build History Record, Yield Calculation, Process validation, Capability Assessment

Requirements:

• B.E in Electrical / Electronics / ECE, Industrial engineering or Mechanical engineering.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience on prototyping & low volume sourcing of electrical and electronic parts and sub-assemblies
• Basic feasibility check of PCBA, Harness, Magnetics & Box Build w.r.t. DFM & DFA and feasibility check w.r.t. to capability matrix
• Basic gerber reviews, working Gerber Comparison & Checkplot verification
