Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, operating models, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Research and stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess potential risks, growth opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Gather client and partner business requirements, design relevant analysis, and offer strategic insights to drive business growth.
• Analyze large datasets, provide recommendations, and enable decision-making based on data-driven findings.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve product offerings and support market penetration.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support due diligence and integration for potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting milestones, challenges, and key learnings.

Requirements:

• MBA or Engineering degree from a top-tier college.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
• Understanding of digital marketing (preferred).
