Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  
• Understand client objectives and campaign goals, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
  
• Monitor campaign progress, track deliverables, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and expand services to existing clients.
  
• Prepare and deliver regular campaign updates and reports to clients, showcasing the value of Awedeet's services.
  
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for client satisfaction and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing one).
