PwC is hiring for the role of Associate – Strategic Program Management Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Support the implementation and operation of new capabilities for clients through project and program management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of strategic activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in project portfolio management, including both people and client management.
  • Document and evaluate project intake, track and update project plans, and highlight project status and risks.
  • Create business cases based on outcomes and ROI assessments.
  • Generate delivery roadmaps (e.g., GANTT charts) and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Operate within change management processes, including scoping and creating project charters.
  • Track project budgets and evaluate budget-to-actual variances, escalating when necessary.
  • Conduct schedule analysis, resource forecasting, and demand management to address project risks.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communication (status reports, updates).
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs, and raise relevant insights to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify operational risks and improvement areas.
  • Ensure service level achievements by monitoring performance metrics and tracking process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Management, Finance, Operations, or Project Management).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Working knowledge of project management and PMO best practices.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and evaluate complex projects.
  • Familiarity with project intake, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, and business case development.
  • Experience tracking budgets and managing financial performance of projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, scheduling tools).
  • Understanding of change management, governance frameworks, and training documentation.
  • Ability to identify risks and support service transitions effectively.
  • Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage time and deliver work within deadlines.
