Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Prepare Abstract for patents by a set of rules defined in the DWPI Abstracting policy document.
• Perform detailed analysis of patents to provide accurate and editorially enhanced technical information of the patents in the form of a summary that includes descriptive title, uses, novel features, advantages, and other key information related to the invention.
• Achieve production volume and quality targets.
• Maintain awareness of current developments and trends in technology areas related to your domain.
• To take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for you on an on-go basis.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager on a permanent or temporary basis.

Requirements: 

• Work experience: Freshers preferred. Candidates having one year of experience in same or a related job profile can also apply.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the respective technology domain.
• Technical skills as defined for each technology area.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer and internet literacy with good keyboard skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Well organized and disciplined with regards to policy, procedure, and standards.
