GE Healthcare is hiring for the role of Associate Specialist Product Survelliance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle product complaints and adverse events
• Uses skills in post-market product surveillance to handle complaints and support efforts for regulatory reporting and establishing appropriate corrective and preventive actions for the safe and effective use of GE Healthcare (GEHC) Imaging products like Mammography, Vascular, Nuc-Med, PET-CT, etc.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consult people Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
• Support regulatory reporting activities
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
