Genpact is hiring for the role of Associate Sourcing and Procurement!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- To validate MSA contracts
- Analyzing and creating a data file
- Work with OTR (Order to remittance) person to amend any incorrect amount for extended warranty.
- Data validation
- Generation of dashboard-based customer requirement
- Work on monitoring queue with customer queries
- Closely work with the regions and the client
- Keep track of all requests received, either through email or automated system
- Follow up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quicker resolutions.
- Provide periodic updates to customers on the weekly work delivered.
- Identify opportunities to improve/streamline the process.
Requirements:
- Need good year of experience.
- Graduation in any stream
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoke
- Well-versed with MS Excel
- Experience in working with huge data set.
