Associate Sourcing Analyst Job in Bangalore at Lowe's Companies, Inc.

Lowe's is hiring for the role of Associate Sourcing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the development of vendor performance scorecards in partnership with functional, business and analytics teams
• Partner with internal teams as needed (Plan, Execute and support) to ensure requirements and quality standards are met for sourcing efforts in assigned areas
• Maintain and update the vendor database and key information
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and other action items of vendors
• Monitor the tracking of deliverables and contractual obligations
• Ensure vendor payments are made accurately, timely and have proper supporting details
• Make continuous improvement to the process
• Sourcing, processing RFx, preparing comparatives and vendor finalization
• Facilitating reconciliation as applicable for outstanding delivery of materials/ services, invoices, etc.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and draft and/or revise a variety of contracts with vendors
• Knowledge of procurement, contracting, vendor management, vendor coordination, contract staffing and payment process.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with them to improve quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
• Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, including savings, supplier compliance, and sourcing event outcomes.
• Work closely with vendor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication.
• 1-3years of experience
• Have the right attitude, and effective communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
• A team player with ability to work with people from all corporate levels
• Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel/ MS Office
• Customer and service centric mind set, placing the user at the heart of the solution
• Able to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faced in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, able to plan and prioritize workload
• Strong co-ordination, planning and facilitating skills
• Understanding of various VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, Vndly), ERP tools (MSD, Ariba etc)
• Ensuring time reporting and integration with VMS tools (Clarity, ATP etc.)
• SLA and Metrics Reporting and Analytics
• Reporting – TAT, Open requests, total CWF population, assets etc
