Associate Software Engineer - SRE Job in Bengaluru at Victoria's Secret & Co.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with the development and infrastructure teams to develop, automate, deploy, support, and monitor the existing and new services in testing & production.
• Develop scripts, deployment frameworks, monitors, self-healing, and auto-remediation tools, and automate the processes.
• Demonstrate strong collaborative skills by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents when they occur and take any necessary steps to restore service and return the business to normal operations as quickly as possible.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in DevOps or SRE role in a highly customer-focused environment.
• Have a basic understanding of Cloud services, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Good knowledge of Linux OS and understanding of network infrastructure and databases.
• Knowledge of deployment and configuration management tools like Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• Good understanding of APIs and proficiency in any programming/scripting language, such as Python/Shell scripting for building automation.
• Cloud certification is nice to have.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
