Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide differentiated focus on key business themes to address clients' technology-related challenges.
• Solve complex business problems by applying advanced technology solutions.
• Work across diverse technology areas, including digital technologies, data and analytics, cyber security, and more.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain strong relationships.
• Support clients with end-to-end implementation services, including strategy, architecture, and deployment.
• Contribute to technology-enabled transformation programs for industries such as banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Identify risks within engagements and escalate issues to senior team members as appropriate.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovative practices to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:

• Understanding and/or experience of software development best practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .Net, or Python, or databases like SQL, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques for data management and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset to approach challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Demonstrated curiosity, passion for learning, and a digital-first perspective.
• Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Circuit branches with a minimum of 60% marks and no active backlogs.
• Internship experience in a relevant technology domain is a plus.
