Micron is hiring for the role of Associate Software Engineer!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, code, test, improve, and debug SSIS packages/SAP HANA models and data flows.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of Data Warehouse data models.
• Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and report insights to business stakeholders using appropriate data analytics tools.
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets and collaborate with business and management teams to define new data collection and analysis processes.
• Work with business partners and IT teams to ensure high-quality data solutions.
• Resolve operational and business partner issues promptly, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Document both existing and new work performed.
• Identify development challenges and create automation solutions for the team.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build pipelines for deploying ETL packages and database objects.
• Maintain an end-to-end build-deploy pipeline architecture.
• Develop and deploy automated database testing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Some experience or knowledge of databases and ETL tools.
• Software engineering background and programming knowledge are a plus.
• Passion for data, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps concepts.
• Experience in data models and reporting packages.
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or higher.
