Anthology is hiring for the role of Associate Software Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite
- Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite, analyzing root causes of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement
- Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input
- Developing testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for enhancements in the Product Suite
- Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, providing viable technical solutions, and providing multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern
- Actively contributing to team commitments
Requirements:
- BE/BTech/MCA degree or above in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent functional experience
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial software development in a SaaS-based company
- Application development experience using:
- C++
- MFC
- Understanding of OOPS concept, Multi-threading, etc.
- Understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts
- Proven experience in software development and a solid understanding of programming concepts
- Good analytical skills
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
- Team player
