Solifi is hiring for the role of Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Develop new features for the next release to work on defects for a product already in review by our client. We use Java with Spring and Hibernate for the server-side solution and sophisticated JavaScript with Ajax and Angular on the client side, typically you will work front to back and be exposed to both Java, JavaScript, database, and tools such Docker.
• Leave the code better than found it, without compromising the integrity.
• Follow an Agile methodology based on SCRUM and have daily stand-ups to allow the team to synchronize tasks for the next 24 hours.

Requirements :

• Candidates will need to complete an online assessment on technical and analytical skills. Upon successful completion, the candidate will have an interview with the technical team and HR. Successful candidates will have to sign a contract or agreement for 3 years (36 months) appropriately and the same will be made available for signature at the time of joining Solifi.
• This position will be considered as full-time, and permanent to begin a great career at Solifi. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E / B. Tech) Degree in Computer Science (CS) or equivalent with good programming skills. Good academic record of accomplishment, preferably 75% and above aggregate consistently from high school and above. Good Programming skills in Java.
• Ability to demonstrate the use of appropriate data structures and algorithms to solve problems. Knowledge with SQL/No SQL, Angular/React, Node.js and Microservice architecture as part of a project or internship will be a plus.
• Knowledge of developing a project with emerging technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud technologies, or similar will be an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as a cross-functional team member. Ready to work in a dynamic environment and on different technologies. Good problem-solving and communication skills (oral & written).
