Associate Software Analyst Job in Pune at PTC

PTC Inc. is hiring for the role of Associate Software Analyst! 

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• As a member of the IoT CRT dev team, resolve customer incident and bugs and improvements in IOT product supported by IOT CRT team . Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, NPD teams to get clarity on issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.
• CRT primary role is to help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products. When customers face issues, CRT steps in to directly support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
• Be a member of the IoT CRT dev team. This team supports and fixes customer issues in IoT Product
• Interact with TS, TPM and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues and submit issues. This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills – Core Java, Javascript, , Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
• Strong problem solving and lateral thinking skills
• Drive for quick resolution of issues
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker and Devops tools would be added advantage
