Timken is hiring for the role of Associate/ Senior Associate - Intercompany!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• AR/AP Sub-Ledger Reconciliation
• Black Line Reconciliations – Intercompany GLs & Charge Back IOs/ Follow-up for closure of open items
• GRIR Analysis – Intercompany GR/IR Follow-up for closure of open items
• Aging Follow-up above 90 days – Obtain AR & AP Balances/ Follow-up for closure of open items
• Internal & External Customer Query - E-Mail/Calls)
• Generic E-Mail Monitoring
• Month/Quarter End Finance Closure Support - Journal Entries Data
• Back-up for Transactional Process – Accounts Payable/MCP/Cash Application

Requirements:

• Qualification/Experience: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance – 1 to 2 years
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, Clear and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, Experience working in a global setup will be of advantage, Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision, Ability to work in a team-based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels
• Technical: Exposure to SAP/Excel
