Associate / Senior Associate - FSS (Reporting) Job in Bengaluru at Timken India Ltd.

Timken is hiring for the role of Associate/ Senior Associate- FSS (Reporting)!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• To support the investor relations team with:
• Investor Queries – Response to questions from retail investors – de-mating physical shares, processing unclaimed dividends, lost and duplicate shares, name corrections on share certificates, transfer of shares.
• To work with IPEF (Investor Protection and Education Funds) requests – Check and complete documentation including verification of unclaimed dividends and shares.
• To coordinate with the RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agents) to ensure the completion of documentation after legal validation.

Requirements:

• Qualification/Experience: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance – 1 to 2 years
• Skills: Strong communication skills – Oral and Written, Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision, Ability to work in a team-based environment and to interface with internal/external customers
• Technical: Basic Excel, Understanding of the stock market, terminology used by investors.
