Associate Sales Specialist Job in Hyderabad at High Radius

High Radius is hiring for the role of Associate Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide enablement support to a 300+ member sales organization
• Work with other departments such as IT, Strategy/Operations, etc. for data gathering and analysis
• Maintain the Analytics dashboards for Sellers and Sales Leadership
• Create engaging presentations that represent complex ideas in a simple manner
• Author and edit high-quality documents that adhere to recommended language and formatting standards, and educate a diverse audience on a variety of topics
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and implement changes to increase process efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare recommendations on organizational opportunity improvements
• Gather feedback from critical stakeholders and synthesize it into clear priorities and action items
• Project-manage key improvement initiatives with a cross-functional group of business stakeholders
• Develop documentation around process changes for consumption by multiple teams
• Support the development and running of the learning and developing sessions to train teams on new processes and plays

Requirements:

• Have experience in business operations, process improvement, or enablement
• A desire to work in a high-growth and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Extreme curiosity about business issues and a desire to uncover the root causes of complex problems
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and self-direct
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor degree required
• 1-3+ years in Business Operations, Process Improvement, Enablement or L&D/Training
• Knowledge of sales and other front-office processes is an advantage
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Google Charts, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and manage projects with minimal supervision
