Kaseya is hiring for the role of Associate Sales Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the licensing process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate license delivery.
• Work directly with Sales Representatives to ensure they have everything they need to meet the organization’s sales goals throughout the year.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure compliance with licensing terms and regulations.
• Monitor order data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Support sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations related to licensing and order management.
• Daily creation and approval of quotes, booking and provisioning to the end customer.
• Ensure software licensing is aligned with contract entitlements, exerting revenue assurance
• Maintain customer data and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Communicate licensing and order management data and insights to cross-functional teams and management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in licensing and order management.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with licensing tools and order management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of sales metrics and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Excel mandatory)
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and committed to meeting tough deadlines
• Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations / Salesforce are preferred
