Associate Sales Operations Analyst Job in Hyderabad at iCIMS

iCIMS is hiring for the role of Associate Sales Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute on the day-to-day tasks and projects within Sales operations, including building, refining, and delivering sales quotes and supporting Salesforce opportunity management
• Serve as backup point of contact for Sales officers for direct business issues
• Consult GTM-facing teams on reporting and organization data requirements
• Handle heavy reporting and analytical responsibilities to drive recommendations and analytic solutions towards moving the business forward
• Actively assist in driving process improvement programs cross-functionally using business metrics and insights
• Provide administrative support for GTM tools, including managing user licenses, assessing usage and ROI, increasing utilization of features, assisting in testing, and helping with M&A related questions
• Work with the Operations leader in preparing operations policies and procedures
• Assist in the analysis of underlying system issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identify available solutions for consideration
• Manage ad-hoc requests concurrently
• Work the Sales Ops Case Queue or other case queues across the Revenue Operations team, handling cases related to quotations, Opportunity Management, Account Assignments, or Order forms or contracts, with training provided by the Sales Ops team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in quantitative-based roles or sales-based roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, articulating thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
• Comfort and experience in ambiguous situations
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of flawless execution, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency
• Process-oriented, accountable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth while managing multiple priorities
• Proven success in achieving results through others and being a strong teammate
• Experience in working in SFDC, Tableau, and other quantitative tools a plus
