CustomerLabs is hiring for the role of Associate Sales Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Experience in industry research using tools like SimilarWeb, Crunchbase, and Store Leads.
- Proficient in lead research with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other lead scraping tools.
- Familiarity with industry practices for naming and organizing lead lists in the cloud.
- Ability to evaluate new tools to minimize manual work.
- Strong focus on maintaining data accuracy.
- Coordination with the SDR team to get feedback on ICP targeting and curated lists.
- Ability to generate daily reports on the lead funnel.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in FreshSales CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
