Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieving expected sales target on a consistent basis
• Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas to meet set goals
• Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio is achieved through continuous follow-up
• Engaging with IMDs regularly to share business insights, growth plans, and new products
• Expanding the IMD network by showcasing organizational credentials
• Informing superiors on critical issues involving other verticals and seeking support
• Devising month-wise strategy and weekly breakdown with the team
• Identifying risks and derailers in achieving targets and driving corrective steps
• Developing market intelligence to acquire business and strengthen brand positioning
• Building credibility in the local market through excellent interpersonal skills
• Promoting online policy issuance by training IMDs and encouraging adoption
• Identifying and onboarding new channel partners
