Huron Consulting Group is hiring for the role of Associate Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Sales Teams and/or Market by providing project management oversight and accountability
• Facilitate Sales/Market Team Calls by proposing discussion topics, drafting agendas, and distributing materials
• Review and distribute minutes and follow-up items post-call, ensuring completion as necessary
• Input action items into Salesforce
• Attend and assist in Sales Leader 1:1 team calls, sending agendas beforehand, and taking notes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience
• Consulting background or experience preferred
• Candidates may reside anywhere in the contiguous US; note this is a non-billable role with limited travel required
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate internal staff, resources, and tasks
• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Huron’s core services and capabilities
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to internal clients
• Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Alignment with and advocacy of firm culture and values
• Commitment to fostering a high-performing team
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel
