Morgan Stanley is hiring for the role of Associate - Reporting Metrics and QA - US Banks ( Wealth Management)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting in the build out of the newly created US Banks Offshore Reporting Function and other strategic initiatives
• Produce consolidated U.S. Banks Risk Reporting (e.g. Regulatory and risk monitoring reporting)
• Support governance of 1LOD BRMC metric reporting and escalation
• Create and Support Business Risk Dashboards
• Planning and executing on the department's strategy to enhance the risk control environment by leveraging emerging technology, automation, dashboarding etc. for efficient risk reporting and analysis
• Assisting in enhancing reporting efficiency by leveraging automation and dashboarding
• Collaborating with stakeholders and risk partners across multiple business functions to execute strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• 3-5 years (Associate Level) of professional experience.
• Professional experience in risk management, finance, legal/compliance, audit and/or financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with operational and business risk management is highly preferred.
• Ability to leverage and analyze data to inform focus and views on risk management.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of clear and concise writing, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with senior management, colleagues, and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently, and effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and reporting tools, i.e., Advanced Excel, Tableau,
