Epiq is hiring for the role of Associate Recruiter!

About the Job:

  • The Associate Recruiter plays a key role in recruiting Limited Duration Employees (LDEs) and contractors for temporary document review, contracts review, and cyber incident response projects at Epiq, serving law firm and corporate law department clients. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for those with law school graduation or specific document review industry experience.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Source and establish relationships with candidates for project placements.
  • Build personal, market, and Epiq brand loyalty among candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, facilitate project starts, and handle recruiting and operations matters.
  • Coordinate with review management and operations to stay informed about upcoming and ending projects.
  • Availability for after-hours staffing and employee notifications.
  • Adhere to DRS, HR, and company processes for candidate placement.
  • Manage databases and reporting requirements, providing regular candidate updates.
  • Participate in Epiq and DRS initiatives and other ad hoc engagement activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the Epiq team and clients to place LDEs and contractors on relevant projects
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting industry experience; preference for law school graduation or document review expertise
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing
  • Provide guidance and backup support for the recruiting team while maintaining confidentiality
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office 2010 and knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Bullhorn, and Job Science
  • Strong written and verbal English fluency
