NTT Data is hiring for the role of Associate Quality Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Govern and track process compliance and provide regular feedback to business by regular review of service break events
• Govern and track business unit KPIs basis service break events
• Track relevant documents are uploaded to share drives and attached to Siebel tickets, missing data feedback will be provided to business
• Compliance improvement by providing process training and creating SOPs
• Any additional task given to the incumbent from time-to-time based on business needs

Requirements:

• 0–6-month experience
• BE + MBA operations preferably
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer Network and SDLC cycle .
• Keen to learn Process Management.
• Possess curiosity towards Business analytics.
