TechTree IT Systems is hiring for the role of Associate QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various features and enhancements in our products.
• Automation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools such as JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality at all stages of development.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure product stability after new releases and patches.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives and suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance overall product quality.
• Documentation: Maintain and update QA documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a product-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in manual testing, with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to collective goals.
