PiServe is hiring for the role of Associate QA Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review the requirements and develop appropriate test cases, to attain 100% test coverage
- Perform Sanity, Functional, System, and Integration Testing in the product to report defects
- Effective coordination with the team and Participation in Scrum meetings
- Ensure participation in Project Planning for task identification, estimation, dependencies, and risk analysis
- Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and product
managers - Test artifacts preparation
Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Good knowledge of the software testing process
- Knowledge in preparing and executing test cases with test scenarios and ensuring minimal bug leakage
- Knowledge of bug reporting life cycle
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Certification in automation (Selenium/J meter/Postman/Appium) will be preferred
- Basic understanding of Database queries.
