Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the design and implementation of network configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Oversee the deployment and management of wireless networking solutions specifically Meraki and Cisco.
• Provide technical expertise in configuring and maintaining Cisco Meraki wired and wireless networks.
• Manage and configure CISCO switches to support robust and scalable network operations.
• Implement and maintain Cisco Meraki MX Firewalls to enhance network security.
• Utilize SolarWinds Log & Event Manager for monitoring and analyzing network events.
• Ensure the integrity and availability of network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Configure and manage network switching protocols to optimize data flow and reduce latency.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Cisco wireless networking solutions.
• Configure and maintain Cisco VPNs to ensure secure remote access for users.
• Implement and manage network routing protocols to ensure efficient data transmission.
• Provide support for VPN networking to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation of network configuration changes and procedures for future reference.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong background in network configuration and wireless networking.
• Demonstrate expertise in Cisco Meraki wired and wireless technologies.
• Have experience with CISCO switches and Cisco Meraki MX Firewalls.
• Be proficient in using SolarWinds Log & Event Manager for network monitoring.
• Show a deep understanding of network infrastructure and switching protocols.
• Be skilled in configuring and managing Cisco VPNs and network routing protocols.
• Have a proven track record in VPN networking and ensuring secure connectivity.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
• Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to rotational shifts.
