Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, develop comprehensive project plans

Requirements:  

• MBA or an equivalent degree with experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
• Go-getter attitude.
• Experience working in Jira tool- administering projects in Jira, creating dashboards, generating and analyzing various reports from Jira.
• Scrum certification is preferred.
• Leadership skills. Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and support to different teams to ensure high-performance levels and adherence to project milestones. 
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate project risks.
