BicSoM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Associate Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
• Resource Management: Help allocate resources, track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, GoodDay, Excel and Google Sheets).
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
