Vitech is hiring for the role of Associate Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams across Agile Release Trains to manage project requirements and deliverables.
• Track and manage budgets, costs, risks, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with teams including Product, IT, Cloud Ops, Security, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and document project plans, risks, status reports, financials, and action items.
• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure accurate time tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting to maintain project health.
• Support change management and continuous improvement by analyzing root causes and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, Agile methodologies, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, PowerBI, or financial tracking tools is a plus.
